How to Use Our Prayers

“We should pray when we are in a praying mood, for it would be sinful to neglect so great an opportunity. We should pray when we are not in a praying mood because it is very dangerous to remain in such an unhealthy condition.” -Charles Spurgeon

These prayers have been written in the personal pronoun form so that you can easily transition all or parts of them to fit your own specific needs.

To use each prayer effectively, slowly read and pray it many times throughout the week, pausing at the various phrases, personalizing them and then presenting them to God.

Spend some time in communion with your Creator as you meditate on these prayers and enjoy the photos of the beauty of the world He has designed just for you.

We will post a new prayer each week with a different theme and Scriptures. Occasionally, we will post prayers that use unique formats and methods of approaching God. The purpose of this is to help you keep some variety in your prayer life and to help you determine what method works best for you.
