Mouth
Heavenly Father, knowing that the average person opens his mouth approximately 700 times a day to speak, I ask that You guard what I say so that my words will bring honor and glory to Your Name. Make Psalm 141:3 a reality for me. “Set a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips.” (Psalm 39:1, Psalm 8:2, Proverbs 26:28)
Hands
Direct my hands to be used in whatever way You want to work in developing Your kingdom as I help others with their needs where I can. “And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands” Psalm 90:17. (1 Thessalonians 4:11, 1 Samuel 23:16, Zephaniah 3:16).
Feet
As I walk through this life, shine the light of Christ in front of me one step at a time, just like walking through a forest with a flashlight. Give me discernment about where I should walk. “Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” Psalm 119:105. (Isaiah 52:7, Luke 1:79, Psalm 18:36)
Remind me often to give praise and thanks to You for the degree to which all these parts of my body function correctly physically and spiritually.
I bring this prayer in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

El, Just a note to let you know what a blessing your posts are to me. I realize how much effort these are to do as many as you do. Thanks
