God’s Mercy

Merciful Heavenly Father, I come in Your Son’s Name to thank You for Your mercy expressed in Psalm 103:8,10. “The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities.”

​Dead to Sin, Alive to God

Lord, I come to You as a believer, in Jesus’ Name, to thank You for the message in Romans 6:11-12. “Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.”

The Beauty of Heaven

Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, thank you for the future glories promised in Revelation 21:4 for believers in Jesus Christ. “And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Seeing God’s Awesomeness Through His Creation

Lord, in Jesus’ Name, I ask for more comprehension of Your awesome creation. Psalm 19:1 “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork.”

Destruction of Pride

Heavenly Father, I come in Your Son’s Name to ask the Holy Spirit to show me and correct all my dealings involving pride. Proverbs 16:5 “Everyone proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD; though they join forces, none will go unpunished.”

Seeking Wise Counsel

Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, I ask You to direct me to be open to Godly counsel. Proverbs 15:22 “Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors they are established.“
