Keeping God First in Everything

Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, thank you for the promise in Mathew 6:33-34a. If I put You first in everything, You will take care of me. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow.

Accepting Instruction

All wise Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, direct me to practice the instruction in Proverbs 9:9-10a. “Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.

Nothing is Impossible with God

Unlimited Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, thank you that I can experience with confidence what is expressed in Mark 10:27b. Jesus said: ‘”With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.“‘

God’s Way of Life

Gracious Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, thank you for the great promise for believers in Proverbs 12:28. “In the way of the righteousness is life, and in its pathway there is no death.

God as a Teacher

All wise Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, I ask You to do for me Psalm 86:11. “Teach me Your way, O LORD; I will walk in Your truth; unite my heart to fear Your name.

Pure Speech

Lord, I come in Jesus’ Name to ask You to direct my speech to be as expressed in Ephesians 4:29. “Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

  1. Hi,
I love this type of blog. When you are writing it, God is using your talent & platform to speak to others. This is my first time here. I have the future on my mind. These topics are some of the questions. Maybe the verses are the answers, I am seeking. Thanks for your service.
