All-wise Heavenly Father, I come in Jesus’ Name to thank you that as a believer in Jesus Christ, I can receive the gift of spiritual discernment from You. Your Word gives me the spiritual capacity to see and understand what is right and what is wrong. Isaiah 30:21 “Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left.” 

Your many attributes give me confidence that whatever happens in any situation, You are in control. You will direct to bring things to the right conclusion. Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” My request is for You to let me hear Your voice of correction and be able to follow it. I want to know Your will for my life because it gives me a place to find safety and comfort. I do not want to be without Your protection.

Show me Your way, that  I may know that I am heading in the right direction. Direct me to experience the truth of Romans 8:6. “For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” Thank you, Lord, for Your promise in Psalm 32:8. “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.”

Thank you for allowing me to bring this request in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
