Heavenly Father I come in Jesus’ Name to thank You for the power, peace, and comfort I can gain from Your word, the Bible.

There is no doubt that Your mercies are new every morning.

Lamentations 3:22-23 “Through the LORD’S mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.“

No matter what I go through, You are willing to go with me.

Isaiah 43:2-3a “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.“

Everything You have planned for me is good.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.“

It is a great blessing that I can ask You to renew my strength each day.

Isaiah 40:31 “But those who wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.“

Thank you for being my salvation, light, strength, and joy.

Psalm 27:1 “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?“

In Jesus’ Name, remind me often of these verses. Amen.
